Article 1 - Definitions

In these terms and conditions the following applies: Client: the natural or legal person who enters into a service agreement with Zorgvrij Schoonmaak B.V.

Article 2 - Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all offers, quotes and agreements between Zorgvrij Schoonmaak B.V. and the client.

Article 3 - Quote

All quotes are without obligation and valid for 14 days, unless otherwise indicated. Prices are exclusive of VAT.

Article 4 - Performance

Zorgvrij Schoonmaak B.V. will carry out the work to the best of its knowledge and ability.

Article 5 - Payment

Payment must be made within 14 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed.

Article 6 - Cancellation

Cancellation of an appointment must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellation within 24 hours may incur charges.

Article 7 - Liability

Zorgvrij Schoonmaak B.V. is not liable for damage resulting from intentional acts or deliberate recklessness of the client.

Article 8 - Complaints

Complaints must be reported within 48 hours after the work has been carried out, after which we strive to provide a suitable solution.

Article 9 - Applicable law

These terms and conditions and all agreements with Zorgvrij Schoonmaak B.V. are governed by Dutch law.
